Training Opportunities

Instructional Design & Technology sponsors faculty development workshops, including premium workshops offered through the Online Learning Consortium (OLC). A wide assortment of workshops are available dealing with best practices for online teaching and learning as well as workshops focused specifically on how to use tools associated with WorldClass, such as Respondus. Workshops enable Regis full-time and affiliate faculty as well as staff to collaborate with peers and experts via synchronous and asynchronous methods for effective and engaging learning. All workshops are designed to model best practices for online and hybrid/blended learning. Most workshops also utilize proven teaching strategies and learning activities that will spark creative ideas for your program development.

All of the following workshops are free. OLC workshops are funded by Instructional Design & Technology. Most workshops are asynchronous, meaning that you may log in whenever and wherever it's convenient to your schedule.
